Litigation - Junior to Mid-level Associate

A boutique corporate and securities law firm in San Diego is seeking an outstanding, California licensed, junior to mid-level lateral candidate (approximately 4-6 years of experience) with civil or commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, and an interest in working on matters involving securities, regulatory issues, and corporate advisory work. Candidates seeking re-location are welcome to apply. The salary range for this San Diego position is $165,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for relocation assistance.
